    Re: Freesat

Depending whether your Humax is completely dead or not, they have a load of firmware updates being sent out over the next few days for all their boxes.
Starting from the 12th December I believe, I got an email about it a couple of days ago but I have dumped it since.

    Re: Freesat

Try reconnecting it and checking your antenna connection lead to it DD.
Try searching a new firmware in the next few days, you never know it might sort it and save you some pennies on a new box m8?
If you Google Humax and go to their site you should get more details about the updates, as well as be able to ask a tech question about your box's problem direct?

    Re: Freesat

There's been quite a few broadcasting changes over the last year, so their boxes are overdue for an upgrade!
As yours seems to be a reception problem on the face of it, I hope a firmware upgrade would sort it for you, unless you really want to buy a new box of course?
There are upgrades being sent out for the T9200 as well and they are an old box now, older than 3-4 years anyway, so there's still hope.
Let us know if you manage to get the upgrade and if it makes a difference?
