A prematurely posted episode of Sony's American gaming show Qore has revealed details on the next iteration of the PSP.
According to the footage - which is available on PSN - the PSP Go will be launched in the autumn, alongside the current PSP 3000.
Speaking to the show, Sony's John Koller announced that the new model will have a smaller form factor, with a sliding screen concealing its controls. Contrary to previous reports, the system will not feature a second analogue nub.
Internal flash memory of up to 16GB will replace current PSP's UMD drive, with a memory card slot included to enable upgrades.
It was also revealed that new Metal Gear and Gran Turismo titles are on the way to Sony's handheld platform, in addition to the previously announced LittleBigPlanet and Jak & Daxter.
