    bathroom underfloor heating - diy

is it possible to create a background underfloor heating circuit with standard speedfit pipe via 2 angled valves from the wall straight into the floor
this is on a combi boiler system
this will be in combination with either a radiator or towel rail.
im thinking of taking up the existing floor and wondered if this would be a possible
to me i cant see why it wouldnt work. but id appreciate some advie from the more knowledgable people on here
    thanks

Yes it is possible but it is very expensive to do im afraid!! The cheaper alternative is to get a electrical circuit and run it that way. They are very cheap to get hold of and easy to install.

The method that you are on about using needs alot of work and you have to have a continuous pipe around the room and special regualtors and a manifold for it to work. If you are building a new house it is worth looking into but just for one room it is not very cheap to do.

If you go to Topps Tiles or similar place they have demos of how the electrical one works.

And remember.. if you are then laying tiles over the electircal circuit, you need the flexiable adhesive as the normal stuff will crack under the heat supplied by the circuit.
