KISS DP-450 Player problems

hello i have a DP-450 and have updated to the latest firmware i can find which is 2.9.3 i think but i still have problems with playing Xvid encoded videos Divx are fina and so are VCD and SVCD but anythink done with the Xvid codex it goes to play the file but never actually starts the counter stays on 00:00:00 all the time

anyne help please
