Best place to buy a Nokia DBox2

Hi guys.

I'm just wondering if the best place to buy a DBox2 (Nokia preferred - according to the FAQs) is eBay. I know most are shipped out of Germany, but it seems the sellers who are selling on eBay UK all have English buyers in mind, and are ensuring that debug mode is enabled etc.

I'm quite au-fait (sp?) with gadgetry stuff, so I'm not frightened of taking it apart and shorting pins / soldering anyway, and I'm a small business network / it manager/support person by trade so I reckon I can work my way through most things. I just want to know if it's safe just to buy one of these from eBay, shipped from Germany.

I've seen other websites offering them, with lots of guarantees and what not, for ridiculous money. eBay prices with delivery seem to be around £90-ish.

What do you think? Last time I looked there was a seller who offered the Nokia boxes with guaranteed no-dead-pixels on the LCD, which would of course be a nice thing to have.
