| Diet and loosing weight (any help) Hey all I’ve had quite a life change recently adjusting to many factors in my life that have changed. For e.g. I’ve stopped smoking about 5-6 months ago I’ve changed my diet partially through need but by choice as well And mentally I have improved my outlook But I’m gaining weight and I hate it Diet I only eat granary or seeded bread I only have brown sugar I try where possible to get the best quality goods available but not always possible due to my circumstances Breakfast Either a bowl of weetabix (3), and a little all bran on the top or sometimes a banana cut on the top Or 2 rounds of brown or granary toast with marg or marmite Lunch Generally a cheese or corned beef sandwich with either tomato or a bag of 30% less fat crisps (Sainsbury’s own brand) Sometimes with lettuce when I have it Tea Either fish fingers and chips and a little frozen veg and a slice of brown bread Or Veggie burger and chips and a little frozen veg and a slice of brown bread Or Jacket potato with tuna mayo and a slice of brown bread Or A bowl of soup with bread Supper Bowl of weetabix again possibly Or A few biscuits and a cuppa I think mine is from the stopping smoking but also from the sedentary lifestyle I have Advice would be helpfull on how to loose weight sensibly
