this is a fookin disgrace and everyone on this poxy island that is Uk should stop paying national insurance, what a fookin joke, iam so fookin enraged by this, and it also means that if you have a mobile fone but no credit then you would have no alternative but to call 999 instead for an issue that might not be emergency.

iam very very very pissed off with this and i think all us uk national insurance payers and everyone else should come down heavy on the government for this, and its not even as if they do a good job, they are useless, ive called them about 100 time in lots of years and always been directed to "just go see the doc", ilmfao, idiots, thats all they are, and the sooner we all pull funding for this crap then maybe we will be able to direct those funds directly into the hospital wards where it is most needed
