Drivers - what's in my pc?

Is there any software/website that tells you the make & model of all the components of a PC. So that when you re-install Windows, you know where to get the latest drivers from. Ideally, I would like the following information (without specific drivers being installed):

Motherboard
Audio Card
Network Adapter
Video Adaptor
Modem

I seem to remember some software that tells you this?

Any ideas?
