Hi i have a dell inspiron 1300 and can't boot into windows. i keep getting a blue screen error telling me a file maybe corrupt and i need to run chkdsk but i cant run this as i cant get into windows. i cant run the diagnostics either or repair it using a windows disc. i believe the file hal.dll is corrupt anyone got any advice on what to do?
