mod help please

dident know where to put this so if it is i the wrong place sorry please put in the right place

a member of this forum has been having a problem with logging in to the site and is wondering why this might be
it says his ip is banned but he dont know why if poss could you please email the member to confirm whether or not he is banned
and for what reason he says his done nothing wrong and recieved no warning to the effect that he has borken any rules
