Tech WiFi issue

Hi Peeps
I have an issue with my lappy. When I power up it shows it is currently connected to my wireless connection and says signal is good.
when I launch INTERNET EXPORER/WINDOWS MAIL/MSN MESSENGER it says no connection.
When my home page doesn't come up it comes up with the usual blank web page that usually come up when there is no connection.
I then click diagnose connection problem
then lick identify problem
then it says CANNOT COMUNICATE WITH PRIMARY DNS SERVER 192.168.2.1
There is an option underneath the above message that says RESET NETWORK ADAPTOR (WIRELESS NETWORK ADAPTOR)
When this is done it fixes the issue and my internet page then loads & email & msn is OK.
but this is becoming a pain in the arse, its OK for a short term fix but does anyone know what to do to fix the issue permanently as i have to do the above every time I power up.
I'm sure it is something simple but dont know what it is
Any help appreciated
Rich
