Network Help Please !

Hi,

I am new to networking and have a little problem. I have connected my PC and Laptop to the wireless router. I can transfer files from the pc to laptop and no problem. The laptop uses the internet no problem. The problem is the laptop connecting to the PC. Everytime I try and add a new network place on my laptop for the pc it says that if cant find it basically. I have allowed all the ip's in the firewall but just doesnt seem to let me do it.

Does any know why this is any other info that is needed please let me know.
