sony vaio cd dvd writer problems

hi all i blanked my vaio yesterday, using the recovery built in the comp, all went well unil i got burn a disk now cd/dvd just keeps failing was working ok yesterday as i backed up data then blanked the comp, all drivers are installed etc this is the log of the problem??
