Hi

I am sorting out my mother-in-laws computer. I have done everything I needed but it is running very slow. I noticed on boot up it says on screen Memory Clock is 166. The memory stick is a kingston pc3200 512mb. My question is surely this should say a frequency of 400. The motherboard auto detects this in bios and cannot be set manually. Am i right in what I am saying and if so any suggestions on what is wrong?

Thanks in advance.
