 Dual Wan Routers for sale
I've got a couple for sale:
Netgear FVS 124G Dual WAN VPN Gigabit Firewall Router. This is a US import, comes without any books, CD or PSU. It has 2 WAN ports and 4 Gigabit LAN ports, proper Firewall and 25 VPN tunnels, these have a pretty good reputation - I've never used it as I got a commercial Billion rack mount unit before this even arrived.
Looking for around £65 + P&P.
Hawking H2WR54G Dual Wan Wireless Firewall Router. This is also a US import, it is as-new and complete with book, CD and US PSU. It is loaded with (what was at the time) the latest firmware from Hawking support. It has 2 Wan Ports, 4 Lan ports and a detachable antenna. It does load balance OK, but seems to have an under powered CPU. If you're downloading and have the wireless active, transfers across the LAN are very slow. Hawking are still developing the firmware, so maybe a future update will cure it.
Looking for around £25 + P&P, can include a US to UK transformer for an extra £2.50 if required. |
