Dunno whats going on, but since a few days ago (when my 50Mb hack stopped working too), my legit virgin 20Mb internet has been extreme slow, when i say extreme i mean extreme

I'm getting during peak hours best speeds of about 2Mb download, the upload is usually ok though, and then in the early hours in the morning about 4-5am i can sometimes see the download speed go up to about 19.5Mb like it should be, but apart from that my speeds are dreadfull

I called virgin tech support and they are totally useless

One of they't guys says summit about it looks as though there is a utilisation issue in the area and says I need to be switched over to the server that normally is reserved for 50Mb traffic, but he couldnt do it, says some crap about he cant do it just as simple as that, told me to go and download as much data as possible, movies, games, etc etc, anything, just download as much as possible for a few days and leave the pc on 24/7, he reckond then i might get put automatically onto the better server then, but all thats happened is my speed is even worse now as the tossers have capped me havent they

I'm going round in circles now and getting nowhere, esculated two complaints too and still getting nowhere
