Virgin Mobile 300/300 £10 PAYG Offer

Having a problem ordering online guys

i've tried ordering one online but instead of the charge being £10.99 it is exactly £10.
does that mean i wont get the £10 top up which some other people i know got?
cos they paid 99p for the sim and the £10 went towards their first topup.
