Paying too much for your ntl / virgin media services ?

Hi , im very new to this forum and have found alot of useful info which im very grateful for . Its a shame people have to pay for so many services at such prices . with virgin media u can pay seperate broadband,phone,tv so on . if you've been a customer for a while and u have been paying for 1,2 or 3 services at the going rate, its in everyones best interest to give them a call ( use the 150 number,its free ) ask them about giving u something extra in your package , its called a loyalty bonus. i was paying 25 for 4meg broadband and line rent charge for my phone package, since my general enquiry i now get 20 meg broadband for the price of the 4, and i get a bonus of talk unlimited for the normal line rental, plus they cut my line rental for 3 months to 2 quid a few people i know have done this. dont accept the first thing they say either, first they was trying to offer me half price for 6 months and stuff. hope this least helps 1 person lower there monthly bills
