mobile phone contract

i had a contract for 12 months starting may2006,with 3G done through mobile solutions with cash back every 6months ,apparently mobile solutions does not exist,and 3G are saying nothing they can do,i am paying £35 pm with 300min free calls to any network.
Can i cancel the contract straight away since it was done with mobile solutions.
please advice me
