heres one for you

ok heres one for you you know when your on an airplane and they go through the safety routine ?you know where it says to take up the brace position you put your hands behind your head and you lean forward?i dont know if this is true or not but i was told by a guy whos training that if you crash this will break your neck so you dont suffer ,what do you think?
