  council garage
guys theres some garages next to my house and i want one lol.
theres loads empty and name has been on the list but council is too lazy to do it of their own backs.
my neighbour said he got one straight away by asking for the ?????? register (cant remember it's name,lol). anyone know what it's called?
apparantly you are entitled to it by law,it shows how many are vacant,when the last time rent was paid etc.
