| adsl broadband im currently with pipex paying 17.99 for 2mb broadband so im looking to change but CANT get cable im hoping you guys and gals will give me your opinions about which provider your with, what they are like for download speeds (especially throughout the day - as pipex are awful and cap you to near dial up speeds) anyhow ive been looking at virgin meadia for non cable areas and they seem to offer a good price for up to 8mb see here >>>>> Non-cable Broadband <<<<< my only reluctance, is if they cap the speed the way pipex do ?? if anyone is with them or any other service provider can you let me know the pros and cons with them please
