This is a really good idea whoever thought of it. I have to say if this thread takes off I would check it before buying from anyone I had doubts about. Ebay do tend to get rid of dodgy sellers but I have bought things several times and AFTER payment ebay has told me not to go through with the sale when it's already too late. In those cases though I have let it go through and always received my goods in good time.
When ebay has said or done nothing an auction has not been honoured and I had to claim for my money back, minus paypals percentage of course as they do not refund the full amount.
Ebay look after their own interests and profits first always; so I nominate ebay itself.
Paypal is a close second nomination for exorbitant charges to sellers and proffiteering from scammers and bad ebayers.
Tradewinds is a Hong Kong company who stand out as H.K sellers are usually very good. No items sent, delaying tactics emails until the claim against Paypal would be out of date. When a Paypal complaint was made against them I got Blackmail emails to drop the complaint after waiting 6 weeks for delivery, followed by bad feedback because they were forced to reimburse me,(still minus Paypals cut of course).
I hope this starts the ball rolling as it could grow into a very useful headsup for us regular ebay users.
