| A friend had a tree cut down a few weeks ago, he was kind enough to donate some logs (about three foot in height) to my future garden project. the trouble is the logs are drying and cracking in the heat - some of them have split and are now only useful as fire wood. They are stored outside - no choice in that. What can i do to stop this? I was thinking that maybe they're just drying too quickly?? |
