| eBay Scams How to protect yourself from bank and ebay scams |
| |||
| anyone selling cars on ebay watch out for dodgy nigerians offering to buy your car buy sending you a cheque twice the amount your asking for the car then wanting you to send the remainder back to them while you wait for their dodgy cheque to clear, i know anyone with any sense will see thats its obviously a scam but ive been that some people actually fall for it, i was sent a cheque for 20,000 euros, and they wanted me to send them the remainder by western union, the thing is the cheque did actually look like a genuine business cheque it even had my name printed on it, maybe it was a stolen blank, dodgy b*astards lol |
