need help audi a4se

hi guys
i have audi a4 se 1998 1.6 which i bought it last month on service book it shows that next serive is due after 5000 miles but yesterday on boad it shows "Service INSP" any body tell me pls how can i get rid this messege or its need service again any idea??? or car have any other problem ???? waiting for ur's reply
