Can anybody help with my problem?

:please:

My combi CH boiler looks like it is losing water as I have to keep topping it up every minute or so (yes minute!) Looks like the water is being diverted elsewhere, strangely though the CH seems to work fine, and the boiler delivers hot water as it should.

The bathroom sink mixer tap has a problem which may be related. When I turn on the tap the hot water runs for a few seconds and then gradually stops. all other taps in the house work ok

I have tried bleeding all of the six radiators, doesn't help though.

Any help / advice gratefully received

As far as i know combi systems are sealed systems like brakes on a car, so if you're topping it up all the time to keep the pressure up its not diverting it elsewhere, it looks like you got a leak m8

it could be your pressure relief valve check if you got water running outside
if not it could be your expansion vessel

or could be under floor somewhere

Hope I?m not the bearer of bad news.

But your combie?s pressure when cold should normally be just over 1Bar on your boiler pressure gauge. If you cant maintain this pressure, and as stated by lfckev.
You must have a system leak.

Unfortunately this happened to me. My problem turned out to be a slack 22mm compression fitting.

Hope things turnout OK

I have a Luna Baxi boiler that was in a house I bought in Aug of last year. The unit cant seem to heat water for tub at full output. The shower is OK after I put on a water restrictor but every once in a while it runs cold. Once I had ice build up on exterior vent, when I cleaned it off the water went hot again.

Anyone know of reason for boiler not to be able to supply full flow of hot water for bathtub? Is there a fix, an adjustment or do I have to put myself at mercy of repair guy, not sure if there are any experienced with hot water boilers in this area.

Thanks

Roger
