Found this interesting website that allows u to watch reasonable quality tv shows in streaming xvid format.
you need to install an active x control and real player to see them.
There seems to be hundreds of them.
Managed to get it all up and running but there seems to be errors on the site as i cant scroll down the page (keeps jumping back to the top).
I got round this by using the stop button.
When u click on a link to the tv shows it bounces back to the home page.
just click the back button and then stop.
Sure they will get this sorted eventually.
