Game Port / MIDI riser needed, anyone got one?

Hi all,

I need a game port / MIDI riser, the cable that goes from the motherboard header to a 15 pin d-connector on a backplate. The mobo I have now has the header but it came with no cable and backplate, I am amazed that they don't put them in the boxes these days. I want tio be able to use my beloved Force Feedback joystick with my new setup. If anyone has one spare I will gladly pay the postage.
