how do u test a mother broad & processer ? lol ( brought as a bundle on gaybay)

but i plugged a 240w psu in put 256mb ram a 128mb graphics card in as it has no onbroad put the screen in but nothing came up

maybe i have brought a faulty one or am i not doing it right

bit of a newbie to building and repairing commy's
