Sorry if this is the wrong place but i couldnt find the right one.
I'm wondering if there's anyway you can change your subnet mask so i can go back on a forum i'm banned from? The forum has banned my IP but my IP changes everytime i turn my modem off, i think they've banned me by my subnet mask if it is possable.
Any help will be appreciated.
