hello all,
i am new to all this stuff so please excuse my ignorance and do have some patience with me.

can anyone recomend a decent laptop with some decent features. what might i look for when buying one. my knowledge on this is very poor.

i cannot get my cdrw to work ie to burn. any suggestion? its opening and closing fine but everytime i put in a cd it does not recognise it.
