 bilbao trip
hi,i am looking to go on a trip to portsmouth on these mini cruises.has anyone been on this trip or any info on the port/town of bilbao?you,guessed,i want to make a trip to the tobacs while i am there but unsure if they work anything like rest of spain(tourists) quantities,so on.i am not even sure if the prices are the same.any info would be appreciated, thanks
