Is it possible to disable receiving messages from the Reminder Service?

"Hello. You've not been to the forum for a while. We miss you. Can we tempt you back".

They're coming through every day and as I have quite a lot on my plate I don't come here often.

I can't see an option in my UserCP to disable this.
