Hi all i've just been told about all this newsgroup stuff after using torrent clients for 3 years,so basically i haven't got a clue what to do!!!

So any help advice would be very much appreciated!!!
i.e. software is best to use?
I've heard i need to sign up to a server?
And how do you actually download?

I'm into films,game and music is there a lot more newsgroup i can join?

i love computers i got in to them about 7 yrs ago,but i had a serious accident at work 5 yrs ago leaving me disabled and unable to walk,so i spend alot more time on the pc.
