Hi

Just wondering if there was actually anyway of finding out what psu wattage was in my desktop without actually opening the case. Is there, software program that i could find out with with.

The motherboard for my pc is Asustek p4b266, and would someone be able to advise me what is the Max psu unit i can connect to this motherboard, no manual came with pc with information that i need, and i have check the website for the mother board and i can't find it on there.

Also in the process of planning to upgrade the cpu, apparently it can handle 2.4 but was wondering would there be a problem if i was to put in a 2.8 chip to see if that would work without having to overclock it, or would the 2.8 chip only run at the maximum capabilities of the board.
