Dbox not working:(

Hello just wanted to know if you can help me
Got a problem with me dbox2
I flash the latest image Commando 11.3.11 and it was working all fine for about a week then i lost all the channel so i re scanned and they came back but i was missing 10 channel or so and could not get them back .. so i try another image and now it will not do a fast scan or pick up any channels
I have try all these image with the Lost Property bits added and loction set:

Virgin+_v2.1
Laky August
Lakys pro

Not sure what to do with it
Any help
