I've just recently got the Belkin F1PP000GN-SK WiFi Phone and am extremly happy with it.

I have a few friends abroad, calling them now is so simple I don't even need my pc on. It comes pre loaded with the skype software and simply connects to your wireless network. It should be able to connect to any free hotspots as well.
