This member is the original thread starter. A little warning

I just thought I'g give everyone a warning about all the links on here, I'm not saying they are all bad I do infact like freebies but be careful as I was just reading a readers digest book. (I didnt buy it :P)

It just made me think when I was filling in a form and I havn't actually recieved anything.

Anyway I'll type a little bit from the article...

Survey Scams

Some identity theives have worked out an eay way to get hold of your personal information: they ask you for it.
In one common scam, they phone your home claiming to be conducting a survey on behalf of your bank or another financial institution. Then they ask questions designed to ferret out your account number, date of birth, and banking passwords. Once the artist has the data, they can bleed your account dry. They can even claim to be investigating a credit card fraud against you - in your releif that the "theif" has been caught, you may not twig that a stranger has just asked youi for the three-digit security code on your card.

Just be aware that Identity fraud is out there and can ruin you!!!

I'll be filling forms only when other people have recieved things now as I have been doing it a bit too often!

So if you get a dodgy phone call because you gave your number to one of these sites tell them where to go!
