Hello lads in the process of buying a van off atreder . Thing is it has no log book although the trader says he has sent for it . It also has a private plate on it On a v 1999 it is advertised on but now he says it is a 2003 on its origonal plateŁ1495 he wants renault kangoo How can i check if its on the level cheers Paul
