| I have a run of cat 5 cable to a dreambox7000s for updating over lan. My question is can i split this cable at it's end to allow two connections (one to dreambox and another to my Htpc unit by simply joining all of the cables colour coded together with a spare length (1metre)? I would ideally run a new length of cable from my router but now have solid oak flooring down! |
