XP Recovery for Acer 3690 series

Hi there,
Can anyone point me to somewhere I can get hold of a recovery disk for my Acer 3692 Laptop?

When I bought it, XP Media was installed. After a while I used the free Vista upgrade.

After some months of using Vista I now want to go back to XP but I can;t find a recovery disk anywhere (I might have ignored the prompt to create one when upgrading).

Spoke to Acer today and they want £50 for a recovery disk!!

So I'm hoping someone here can tell me where I can either get the recovery disk for free or for a lot cheaper than from Acer.
