Does any one know if I can use this lcd monitor SAMSUNG's Digital World - Discontinued Models | 213T-Silver as a tv, ie can a get a Scart to VGA converter and will it work, Ive been told that the LCD needs to support a horizontal Frequency of 15.625 KHz in order to work with a freeview box through scart . the specs say this lcd is 30-93. has anyone done this before? Thanks in advance.
