Microsoft accidentally published the prices of Windows Vista on its Canadian website. They were quickly pulled, but not before someone spotted them: (all prices converted from Canadian dollars)

Compared to other releases of Windows the prices seem quite resonable. This is likely an attempt to reduce piracy, but also worth noting that Vista is expected to be the slowest up-take for any version of Windows so far.
