a little help plz

i got a digilogic freeview box today. and when i put it on im missing all the channels like bbc1 bbc2 itv ch4 ch5 it3 bbc news channel and a lot more. im only getting a couple of music channels. i live in flats and 2 other people beside me use freeview and they get all the channels ok. were all connected to the one ariel. any ideas. thx
