is there any good isp providers out there that dont capp & give you a good speed ? any advice would be great & how do i find out how far i am from the exchange ? .I;m stuck with pipex paying for 8meg getting only 1,8 meg plus they capping me a lot tell me when i phone that i;m not being capped liers my contract runs out with then in feb next year & want to get a good isp that wont capp & give me good speed thats all . just phoned virgin media asked them do they capp there cable she said yes at 4pm to 8pm in these times she said they only allow you to download about the size of 3 films that sounds ok & she said all other times are not capped how true is the above any advice from people that have virgin on cable would be great & advice on the best package to go with them . many thanks
