some downsides - - the first one is that you need to give them credit or debit card details but they dont charge you as i have put mine up and havent been charged a penny
- You cant control the nameservers
- Its cpanel is rubbish and to change whois details is fustrating
- and its free until the beta runs out but you can make good use with it while it is there
