hi, ive just bought a brand new dell 2407wfp-hc monitor, i was trying to find a way of contacting dell via email or online tech chat but i keep getting halted straight away by a thing popping up asking for a tag number, ive looked at the back of the monitor and the only sticker i see resembling the tag sticker displays a big long number something like this example CZ-0FG111-11111-7HG-1JFD.

i tried a few ways of entering in the number but it wasnt recognised.

Can someone please help me, i dont wanna call them on phone as iam sick to the teeth calling idiot 0870 phone numbers and them cranking up my phone bill, and anyways, i shouldnt need to, ive just bought this monitor today brand new.
