This member is the original thread starter. printer not letting xp load
got a brand new printer, run setup disc its said complete and to restart pc so i turned the pc off and when i turn it back on xp dont load its stays on black screen. as soon as you unplug usb from printer xp load straight away any ideas the computer is a dell dimention 4600 and printer is a epson, many thanks
